I’m new to therapy, what should I expect?

Welcome! I’m extremely proud of you for taking a major step towards your healing. My way of providing therapy is not a “one size fits all” process. I provide individualized care based on my client’s needs. Prior to an initial session, we will conduct a consultation call where we’ll discuss your motivation for seeking therapy and identify the key areas in which you are in need of support. Before we our initial session, you will receive a link via email with necessary intake documents, that need to be completed before therapy can begin. Once they’re completed, we embark on your journey to healing!

Do you offer in-person therapy?

Currently, I provide telehealth services only. I conduct sessions through a HIPAA compliant system that is secure and designed for telehealth services. In the event that I offer in-person services in the future, this section will be updated.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I’m paneled with Aetna health plans. For individuals with out of network insurance plans, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement of services. I recommend that you first speak with your insurance company and discuss what your out of network options are.

What is your cancellation policy?

I currently have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for the entire session fee in the event of a no-show or a session that is canceled with less than 24-hours notice.

How do I pay for sessions?

Clients can pay for services through my HIPAA compliant processing system using a major credit card or debit card.

I live in Florida, can I be seen for therapy?

Currently, I only offer therapy services to clients who reside within the state of California. I will provide an update when other states become available for services.

How much do you charge for sessions?

My services range from $175-$200. I do hold a few sliding scale slots for clients who meet necessity and cannot meet the expense of my session fee.
